We believe that creating ministry tailored for entrepreneurs and business owners in the local church is a priority. Here are some of the reasons:
- Connect the local church to the wave of revival that's emerging in the marketplace
- Unlock the gifts and talents of a distinct group of people who are wired to catalyze growth and impact
- Gain relevance with the emerging generations who are prioritizing an entrepreneurial path for their careers
- Reconnect your church to a largely disconnected group of Jesus followers who have mostly looked outside the local church for spiritual support and fellowship
If you believe that, we have two ways that you can engage:
- Table Dinner and Study: If you already have enough entrepreneurs and business owners in your church that you would see a good response with a simple announcement and some personal conversations, then the Founder's Table Kick and Table Study might be for you. More info
- Conversations: If you are just starting the journey of engaging with this group, or you've already completed a kick-off and Table Study, then we'd recommend that you focus on intentional conversations with entrepreneurs and business owners in coffee meetups or conversational small group gatherings. The resources for both journeys are provided to churches at no cost. You have to own the work of building relationships, shepherding, and equipping these business owners. Grant funding for 2026 Tables has a deadline of October 30th for 2026 table dates to be set.
If you aren't ready for a kick-off and table study, then starting conversations with entrepreneurs and business owners is the first step. The Conversations Kit is designed to help you with that process. It is available to your church at no cost. Since this group is wired for action by nature, starting conversations with them sooner rather than later is important. If the local church doesn't provide a growth pathway, they'll put their time and resources elsewhere.
