Founder's Table Network ("Founder's Table Network," "we," "us," or "our") is a program of Capacity to Serve, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website, /home (the "Site"), and of the pastors, church leaders, entrepreneurs, and other individuals who interact with our ministry ("you" or "your").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we communicate with you (including by text message and email), and the choices available to you. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site or submit your information to us.


2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact and identification information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, church or organization name, and job title/role (e.g., pastor, entrepreneur).
  • Form submissions: information submitted through forms on the Site, such as grant applications, the "Meetup Challenge," the "What Kind of Entrepreneur are You?" quiz, cohort applications, or requests to "Bring it to My Church."
  • Meeting and scheduling information: information you provide when booking a meeting or call with our team through our online scheduling tool.
  • Communications: information you provide when you email us, call us, text us, or otherwise correspond with us.
  • Payment or donation information: if you make a donation or payment, billing information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies, including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and referring/exit URLs
  • Interactions with emails and forms

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as your church, a ministry partner, or a co-hosted event, if they refer you to us or share your information with your consent.


3. How We Use Website Tracking Technologies

We use tracking technologies, including cookies and tag-management tools such as Google Tag Manager, to operate and improve the Site. These technologies allow us to:

  • Understand how visitors use the Site and which pages and content are most valuable
  • Remember your preferences and improve your experience
  • Measure the performance of our marketing campaigns
  • Personalize content and follow-up communications
  • Attribute form submissions and conversions to the appropriate marketing source

We also use HubSpot, a marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) platform, to manage forms, track website activity, host meeting scheduling, send marketing and transactional emails, and store information about visitors and contacts. When you fill out a form, schedule a meeting, or otherwise interact with the Site, HubSpot may place a cookie on your browser and log your activity on our Site (such as pages visited and emails opened) so that we can follow up with relevant information about our programs. Your cookie choices: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly. Where required by law, we will provide a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as no uniform standard for such signals has been adopted.


4. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program

Capacity to Serve Inc sends text message updates and responses to education customers about pricing and products offered at Founderstablenetwork.org.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Capacity to Serve Inc We respect your privacy. We use information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages. This includes sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. We won't share mobile information with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are exempt from this. We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, avoid liability, or protect our rights or property. This policy applies to your use of the Text Message Service and doesn't modify our general Privacy Policy, which may govern our relationship with you in other contexts.

When you opt-in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to [number type]. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to [number type]. After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe. If you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in (for example, by checking a consent box on a form, replying to a text, or otherwise providing express written consent), Founder's Table Network may send you text messages, which may include:

  • Confirmations related to grant applications, cohort enrollment, or scheduled meetings
  • Reminders about events, meetups, curriculum sessions, or deadlines
  • Updates about the Founder's Table Network, Foundations Curriculum, MPACT Cohort, Imagination Lab, or other programs
  • General ministry communications and follow-up related to your inquiry

Consent and Opt-In. We will never send you marketing or promotional text messages unless you have provided your prior express written consent to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving any grant, curriculum, or program from Founder's Table Network.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your engagement with our programs (for example, you may receive more messages during an active cohort or grant cycle than at other times).

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Founder's Table Network is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from that program, unless you re-subscribe. You may also contact us using the information in Section 11 to request removal from our texting list.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at the information listed in Section 11.

Carrier Disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers are supported. Wireless carriers are not responsible for supported services. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers. Our texting program is generally compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers; however, we cannot guarantee delivery on all networks or devices.

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent/opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing purposes.


5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site and our programs (grants, cohorts, curriculum, meetups, and events)
  • Respond to inquiries, applications, and meeting requests
  • Send administrative, transactional, and (with your consent, where required) marketing communications by email, text, or phone
  • Process grant applications and administer church partnerships
  • Analyze Site usage and improve our content and outreach
  • Maintain donor, partner, and program records for our nonprofit operations
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and property of Founder's Table Network, Capacity to Serve, Inc., and others

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as HubSpot (CRM, email, forms, and scheduling), Google (analytics and tag management), payment processors, and hosting providers. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
  • Partner churches and ministry leaders, when you apply for a grant, request that your church host a program, or otherwise engage in an activity that requires us to coordinate with a specific church or leader.
  • Capacity to Serve, Inc., our parent nonprofit organization, and affiliated ministry programs.
  • Legal and safety purposes, where disclosure is required to comply with the law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Founder's Table Network, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers, in the event of a merger, reorganization, or transfer of some or all of our assets or program operations.

We do not knowingly share text messaging opt-in consent or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.


7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining program and donor records, complying with legal and accounting requirements, and supporting our ongoing ministry relationships. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.


8. Your Choices and Rights

  • Email communications: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in those emails.
  • Text messages: You may opt out at any time as described in Section 4.
  • Access and correction: You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal exceptions and our recordkeeping obligations as a nonprofit organization.
  • State privacy rights: Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (such as the right to know, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your information). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights available to you under applicable law.


9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for pastors, church leaders, and adult entrepreneurs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.


10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
